At a time when monowheelers, like electric scooters, are part of the new means of transportation, RoadBook would like to remind you that the Men in Black didn't invent anything and that singled-wheeled vehicles are not new! In 2017, Kevin Scott, wearing a helmet and therefore a little less reckless, achieved the speed record for a single-wheeler with an internal combustion engine by reaching 98.464 km/h.
